In 1926, Edwin Lancelot Ingram (1876 – 1942) and Charlotte Augusta Ingram (Meyer) (1887 – 1964) purchased lot 72 and built their cabin upon it. Edwin was a building contractor and Charlotte worked as a cashier in a car dealership. They had no children.

May 8th, 1926 – Santa Cruz Evening News
C. A. Doss (611 Hazel Brake), trustee of Bracken Brae, sells lots 71 and 72 to Edwin and Charlotte Ingram, active members of Bracken Brae.
September 18th, 1919 – Oakland Tribune
Edwin and Charlotte are married in Oakland.
The Ingram’s home at 623 63rd St. in Oakland

In 1941, the cabin is sold to Fred Zoll.
