Legend of lots and addresses

Huckleberry was built by Ross and Melba Reagan in 1970, on property given to them by Cynthia Elliott who owned the cabin next door and 3 lots from 1933 – 1960. Bracken Brae is a one hundred acre neighborhood set out in 1903. The original cabins, single walled redwood construction summer places, have developed into a club of 25 neighbors, most full time residents, who share the responsibilities of their water system, roads, and forest maintenance. The neighborhood map and list of resident’s addresses and phone numbers is included. One resident, Scott Tucker, is working on a complete history of Bracken Brae – house by house.
